What will my listing look like?

Each restaurant has a full profile on our website including description, images and facts such as head chef and culinary style. Customers will also be able to find your restaurant location by searching on our map tool.

How does it work?

The customer has a choice, on the Experience Voucher website, to buy an open voucher or a voucher specifically for your restaurant.

Once the gift recipient has decided where they want to book they will redeem their voucher with us. You will be notified and the customer will be given your number to book their table.

How will my restaurant be promoted?

As part of the restaurant voucher program, you’ll be part of a promotion online, in our email newsletter, through Facebook and Twitter.

How am I paid?

We pay you via electronic transfer within 2-3 working days of the voucher redemption. We’ll request your bank details when the first voucher is redeemed for your restaurant.

Where do I go to log in?

Go to supplier reporting , enter your login details and you’ll get a full report.

What are my log in details?

If you have lost your log in details, don’t worry.  Request a password reset.

How do I invoice Experience Voucher?

You don’t need to invoice us or return vouchers to us.  We pay you by electronic transfer, before the customer arrives for their experience.

Do customers book direct?

Yes, the customer will call direct to book a table. We do not handle reservations.

What are the restrictions?

Experience Voucher has set no restrictions with this voucher.  It is up to the restaurant if they want to add restrictions.  Please see the restaurant application form.
