Choose the delivery of your unforgettable experience gift by post or email delivery.

Gift Wallet by Post

Dispatched same working day (when ordered before 4pm) your gift wallet includes all information about your chosen experience, booking information and everything else they need to have a great experience.

When you gift the voucher, the recipient is able to book their experience straight away using our easy online booking system.

E-ticket

An e-ticket is a quick way to present your experience voucher! Select E-ticket and receive it real-time by email as soon as you’ve ordered. 24 hours a day.

Your e-ticket gives you all the information you require about the experience and can be easily printed off on all home printers.

Delivery expectations

All vouchers are posted the same day when ordered before 4pm weekdays.

First Class

The Royal Mail aims to deliver vouchers sent 1st Class on the next working day, however, this can be 2-3 days at busy postal times or when delivering to more remote addresses.

Special Delivery

We offer special delivery which ensures next day delivery (except Sundays) before 1pm to 99% of properties and businesses in the UK. For a fee of £8 you can take advantage of guaranteed next day delivery.

An additional charge applies for delivery guaranteed on a Saturday.

Special delivery orders are sent same working day on orders placed before 4pm weekdays. A signature is required on delivery.

Nominated Day

You also have the option to select nominated delivery dates for E-Vouchers, special delivery and same day vouchers.

If you select one of these delivery options, you will then be given the option to select a prefered delivery date up to 3 months in the future.

Email Delivery

Select E-ticket delivery at checkout for your voucher to be emailed to you real-time as soon as your order is complete.

2020 Christmas delivery

At peak periods the post can be a bit slower please allow an extra few days for delivery. If you have an account you can download your voucher from there, or alternatively please contact us for assistance

  • First Class: Orders must be placed by 4pm on Thursday 21st December
  • Special Delivery: Orders must be placed by 4pm on Friday 22nd December.
  • E-tickets: Delivered by email real-time throughout the festive period.
