A corporate cook school experience can be the ultimate team day out! Reward your employees, with a team building cooking competition or entertain clients with a beautifully prepared seasonal tasting menu in the grounds of the charming Newliston Estate, near Edinburgh.

The unique and immersive experience can be tailored to your requirements, so choose from a cookery class or competition, a tasting menu prepared with seasonal ingredients or a drinks tasting with canapes or light bites.

You will be met by the friendly team at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine who will show you to the demonstration kitchen where you will watch the Chefs at work. You will get the opportunity to watch demonstrations, discuss recipes and of course taste the delicious food on offer, all accompanied by a glass or two of wine!

Throughout the experience, you’ll have the opportunity to watch professional chefs at work and learn something new from knife skills to detecting the bouquet of a glass of wine.

The duration of this experience can vary depending on your requirements. Groups can be on site for a half day, full day or an evening depending on the package you choose.
