Loch Fyne was brought to life by two oyster enthusiasts, Johnny and Andy,
who started selling their oysters from a small shack on the west coast of Scotland in 1978. Today this celebrated restaurant provides fresh, sustainably sourced seafood dishes, much of which is still delivered fresh from the loch itself.

Their philosophy is the same today as it’s always been; from the loch to the coast, and the highlands around them, all their ingredients are responsibly cared for and sustainably sourced. And always ready to sing.
