The Balloch House Inn in Balloch boasts a menu full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, as well as seasonal spring dishes and a well-stocked bar. Cask ales, fine wines and British gin to suit every taste flow from the bustling bar as families enjoy some precious down time in the restaurant.

The Balloch House was built in the early 18th Century, when it was the place where ferries ran across the River Leven on the southern banks of Loch Lomond. It became a hotel in the early 19th century since when The Balloch has had a number of famous visitors including Hans Christian Anderson in 1847 and the Empress Eugenie, wife of Louis-Napolean Bonaparte’s nephew in 1860.
