Ride the infamous rapids of the Rivers’ Tay from Aberfeldy onboard a whitewater raft and experience an unforgettable and adrenalin filled thrill.

This aquatic adventure departs from Aberfeldy in the picturesque Tay valley and navigates the famous rapids of the Tay which offer some of the best white water rafting in Scotland. 

At the start of the trip you’ll be given all the kit you require including wetsuit and safety equipment before meeting the others that will be sharing your raft for the 5 mile descent.

Up stream the gentle waters will allow you to become familiar with your raft before the white waters further along the trip. As you travel down stream the waters increase in grade and include rapids such as ‘The Zoom Flume’, ‘The Washing Machine’ and the many Eddie Fences. The grand finale at Grandtully rapids is the longest rapid on the river and provides a few surprises for the unwary rafter!

Look out for standing waves and pool-drops, guaranteed to make your trip even more exciting as you descend towards the end of the trip.

As well as the river course your guides will challenge you to fun activities, the challenge is not to fall in!

All equipment required including wetsuits, helmets and lifejackets is provided plus a professional and very experienced guide. All you need to bring is your swim suit! Transport from the rafting centre to and from the river is included.
