Wakeboarding Ride on Loch Lomond

Wakeboarding is a high-speed experience skimming the water behind a customised ski boat. Unlike conventional waterskiing, a wakeboard is a single board that you use to carve through the water.

Arriving at the centre at Luss Pier or Rowardennan you’ll meet your instructor for the activity. You’ll start of learning the basics of how to wakeboard. If you’ve never wakeboarded before this experience is the ideal way to build your skills at this challenging but rewarding activity. Build your talents and gain confidence on the water.

Out on the water the ski boat will get into position, the tow cable tightens and you’re off. Practice makes perfect and falling into the water is all part of the fun! Will you get up onto the skis? Hone your skills and even start to make turns and ride over the wake. You will take part in two 20 minute rides in your session.

Situated within the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park this activity takes place in beautiful surroundings. The tree-lined loch offers safe and sheltered waters to take part in an exciting range of activities.

The equipment required for this activity included. All participants will receive a safety induction from a qualified BWSW staff member.
