Driving through a landscape sculptured by the elements and steeped in history, nature, and breathtaking views with no shortage of photo opportunities, you’ll find yourself 1,000 feet above the valley floor with commanding views for miles around.

During this Safari your Safari Ranger will lead you on a short walk into an ancient Caledonian Pine Forest set at 1600′ as you search for signs of elusive Scottish wildlife such as Red Squirrel, Roe Deer and Red Deer.

The vehicles

The safari experience takes place in either a 4×4 Land Rover Defender or 6×6 Pinzgauer all terrain vehicle. They have been specifically chosen for their off-roading capabilities and makes climbing through the Perthshire mountains a breeze.
